Q: What types of services do you offer?
A: We currently offer complete fitness and nutrition coaching programs, nutrition and fitness program design, and one-on-one personal training services based on your personal goals and expectations.
Q: What types of clients do you work with?
A: We typically work with clients that want to reduce body-fat, lose weight, increase their strength, and develop a lean and toned physique. Our clients range from high school kids wanting to increase their physical abilities to middle age and men and women that want to look and feel their best, get fit, and improve their health. They’re typically “sick and tired” of being “sick and tired” and have finally decided it’s time to focus on making time for fitness (and their own health and well-being).
Q: How is working with you different from working with a trainer at my gym or health club?
A: We don’t offer cookie-cutter programs and we NEVER just “give you a workout.” We are fitness professionals and pride ourselves in delivering exceptional service and helping our clients to get the best results possible with their health and fitness program. All our programs are complete in that they include what we call the 6 proven components of success:

Q: What’s included in your personal training programs?
A: All our programs include an initial testing and evaluation, complete nutrition program design, meal plans, grocery list, resistance training and cardiovascular training program design, a review of flexibility, and coaching to work through the process - ensuring your success.
Q: It sounds like you cover a lot of information on nutrition. Why is nutrition important to my success?
A: We cover a lot of information on nutrition in our programs, because eating to fuel the body (and your metabolism) is the greatest “secret” to achieving maximum results from your fitness program. In fact, several of our clients had already been working out consistently for years with little to no results before they hired us. By simply changing their nutrition program- serious results came fast. If you’ve been slaving away at a fitness program and have not seen dramatic results from your efforts- we can help by focusing on the nutritional component in working with you.
Q: How long do your fitness programs last?
A: Typically are programs last 16 weeks and we determine the appropriate number of sessions given your goals, level of commitment, and budget. Some clients prefer to do all their workouts with us and train multiple times per week, while others do great with program design and perform their workouts at their own gym or home- meeting at regular intervals for assessments and to update their program. We’ll determine together what’s best for you during your initial consultation. It should be noted that while many personal trainers attempt to sell you large “packages” of personal training sessions, we’ve found that some of our most successful clients have achieved amazing results just by having us design their programs and then meeting with us as infrequently as every 2-3 weeks to check up and update their plan.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We currently work with clients in person out of our Fitness Together Training Studio, located in Darien at 242 West Ave. and New Canaan at 33 East Ave. (in what used to be the Merritt Music Building).
Q: Your programs seem great! How much does it cost to work with you?
A: Currently we offer several different coaching programs. The investment for our consulting programs ranges from $68 to $85 per session depending upon the program you choose and our current availability.
