Beth James

Beth graduated in 1990 from Marist College with a major in Business Marketing and a minor in Communications. A mother of two girls, Beth became certified in AFAA in 2007 to fulfill a dream to help people reach their fitness goals. In 2004, Beth opened her own business designing and marketing a line of children’s toys called CleverKits. Currently, Beth has sold CleverKits, LLC and is now managing our Darien facility. Motivating individuals to exercise and reach their goals is a team effort and Beth is a team player! Beth’s excitement and enthusiasm are contagious.
