When Short Sessions Work Great!
It would be great if you could always work out in a Darien fitness
center or enjoy the services of a personal trainer in in-home exercise
sessions. But many people travel a lot or live extremely hectic lives
which make scheduling regular fitness sessions difficult.

lot of time at work which doesn’t leave much time for exercising.
In that case you can treat your workout program the same way as if you
are staying in a hotel. You can stop worrying about getting to the gym
and simply make time when possible by doing exercises in your home or
during your lunch break.
The interesting fact about exercise is that you don’t have to do your
30 minutes or more a day of exercise all at the same time. You can
break it up into smaller sessions. So when you only have 15 minutes at
a time, you can stay fit by doing a quick set of exercises such as
push-ups against the wall or standing crunches.

Of course, fitness is a total concept and you must keep your nutrition
in mind also even when on the go. If you are eating a lot of restaurant
foods, it is important to choose the heart healthy alternatives found
on most menus today. It is easy to overeat at banquets or when you
don’t have to cook the food yourself.

make healthy choices all day long. You will feel better and not have to
fret over the pounds you put on while away from home or because you
