unsaturated fat. Your body needs the carbohydrates and fat to supply

ones will also lead to a reduced chance of developing certain diseases.
The fact is that carbohydrates are the primary source of fuel for the
body and when you exercise you need plenty of that fuel. When you
include the right amount of complex carbs in your diet, such as those
found in grains and vegetables, the body has a source of natural sugar
which is needed to maintain blood-sugar level while also enabling you
to enjoy your workout with plenty of energy. Simple carbohydrates are

high protein diet while exercising. Once again the healthy diet adheres
to the principle of nutritional balance.
You need protein in your diet, because protein is what the muscles need
to repair themselves after exercising. Protein also contributes to the
formation of healthy red blood cells which carry oxygen to the muscles
and to the body's tissues and organs. Keeping your muscles, circulatory
system, and tissues healthy will enable you to get the most benefit
